「The controls of the shower were not operating correctly. I could not get the hot water to come out. The handle was stripped, and they should’ve known that they made clean the bathroom. They should know that the plumbing didn’t work so I couldn’t take a shower in the room just wash up in the face bowl with sucked and I probably will not stay there again. I used to stay there all the time but now he can’t even get a hold of the front desk. They don’t even have a local number you end up calling...

「The hotel was clean and staff very friendly. The coffee could have a stronger flavor choice. The room was small but sufficient. The TV had issues with dark screen and 2 white spots on it. It needed replacement/service. We weren’t there long enough to ask for another.」

「When we arrived, the pool was closed for maintenance but it was not disclosed. We were told we should have called in advance to confirm it was open. We also booked two rooms on one reservation. We were told we needed to let them know we wanted rooms on same side of hotel.」

「Funky smell. Like paint over cigarettes smoke. Room was relatively clean. Room had an odor too. Did have to wait 15 minutes for it and we were checking in at 4:30 pm. Safety bar in shower unreachable when entering shower. Need a bar on the other side. Can’t enter shower holding on because toilet in the way. A lot of up and down steps between floor. Feels like an old rundown hotel that was given some paint. Signs for special members takes up many of the spaces in lot close to entrances. Wasn’t...

「Had to wait fifteen minutes before someone would come check us in. She was nice. We got a room on first floor in the side where it seemed like people were living in the hotel - hanging out in the doorway and lots video games playing. Other room beside us was filled with dogs barking. The room smelled terrible so we walked out and turned our key in and chose to stay somewhere else. Very different than the pictures make it seem.」

「It was clean but nothing was updated. There was a timer for the shower, and everything seemed kind of cramped and run down. I specifically booked this hotel because it had a pool (my son was excited to swim) and was not informed until after I checked in that the pool was broken! I don't think it's a terrible place to spend a quick night but I will probably never go back. I do not in any way feel like I got my money's worth from this location.」
