「Nice, cozy, comfortable home in close proximity to Athens, GA where we were attending a wedding. Nicely appointed with updated features. Very close to downtown Jefferson. Owner was very responsive to questions.」

「Beautiful house. My family loved it and we had a great stay!」

「Very clean and well maintained!」

「Great house and great host!」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. Nearby in Winder there are some really great local places to go.We all liked the mix of older farm house charm with the more modern decor and remodel. I would recommend to my friends and would also stay here again.」

「What a fabulous house! Our group was just in town for one night for a wedding, but had we known about this jewel, we would have planned to come a day or two earlier or stay a day or two later. The house was beautiful, convenient, and so comfortable. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would!」

「Fran’s home is beautiful, very spacious, tastefully decorated and everything we needed for our stay.」

「Everything was perfect, Thank you!!」

「Quiet, clean, and had everything we needed. Perfect!」

「Check-in was a breeze. The house and property could use a deep cleaning practically in the vents. Worked well for our family of five where we could attend baseball tournament in the area and I could still work remotely. Loved all the deer coming to visit us.」

「Had a wonderful stay in Athens this weekend. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 as we celebrated our oldest’s graduation from UGA. We had my 82 year old mother with us so we needed space that was quiet and comfortable. It was a busy few days and having such a great “home base” was incredibly helpful. Because of the crowds downtown we ate at home for all our meals and the kitchen was well stocked. He had everything we needed. We loved the backyard area - enjoying a cocktail in the evening...

「Great stay, extremely accommodating host, pet friendly. We were able to bring our family pets to visit with their favorite UGA student!! Special visit!! Thank you!!」

「Great historic bungalow with lots of charm and original features. Super close to the uga and tons of restaurants and groceries. Would love it if they added extra pillows to the beds, we like more than two, and the living room tv needs to be fixed to so the primary bedroom can have its tv back. Everything was super clean when we arrived. The property mgr was great to work with. We ended up adding two nights and they worked with us and made it super easy. We would stay here again any time!」
