“Terrible experience, we booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. We were put in a room that was basically a loft, huge opening in the wall (12ft x5ft) that over looked the living room. Not a closed 2nd bedroom, no privacy, no air circulation, no fan, no windows to open. Asked for another room. Was told no, we’re booked and short staffed so can’t move you. The room was so old and dingy. The kitchen cabinets had chipped paint, falling off, old and dirty. Staff was horrendous and not at all helpful asked for……

“Excellent customer service from counter staff. Also, excellent customer service from staff at your restaurant/bar above the counter check in/out. Special mention to a young man who manned the midnight shift counter on 7/11/26. My husband and I, who are both seniors were having a hard time sleeping and breathing because of the elevation. At 1:00AM, we went downstairs for oxygen. We have never used oxygen before. This young man hooked us on the machine and after 15 minutes, we felt better. I did……

“The hotel was in excellent location, ski/out and essentially few steps from Main Street. There is a nice ski shop in the hotel itself for all those needs. Staff were nice and friendly and allowed us to check out late for extra day of skiing. Nice large heated pool and multiple hot tubs. The room was spacious with a full kitchen and all necessary cookware etc. Not a luxurious stay but very practical.”
