You enter this home through a beautiful kitchen, fully equipped with Kitchen Aid appliances, a Mr. Coffee machine, and a bar top with seating for four. The kitchen flows into the dining area, where you will find an oversized table with seating for eight. The first floor is home to a cozy living area with ample seating and a peaceful master suite, as well as access to the first-floor furnished screened-in porch. Finishing off the first floor is a one-car garage, powder room, and stackable full-size washer and dryer. On the second floor, you will find a quaint sitting area and a 4th bedroom with a twin bed and trundle. The second floor also houses two guest bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, and access to the second-floor balcony. The balcony boasts cozy lounge seating for a large group to enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets. This home comfortably sleeps 8 and comes equipped with a gas grill, high chair, pack-n-play, smart TVs, beach/lounge chairs,beach towels, 2 bicycles unbeatable views. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero-entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access, and a community fire pit.

If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged AND you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.

THE COTTAGES BEACH ACCESS:
The Cottages beach is approximately 2000 linear feet and has a dune area and seawall that runs the length of the Cottages oceanfront property. There are 3 dune crossovers to the sand area landside of the seawall that are always accessible, and that area can be used for recreational purposes. The access to the beach over the seawall is centrally located at the pool & clubhouse. At high tide, the water is at the seawall. The tides change every 6 hours from low to high tide. A tide chart will help you plan your beach time. The nearest beach park with ocean access all day is Oceanview Beach Park, appx 2 miles south just past the Holiday Inn.
