"Staff was great. There was some issue where my booking via expedia did not show up in their system, but staff did everything they could to accommodate me and provide extras. Really friendly and helpful in pointing out where to go and what to see. Breakfast is definitely worth getting, and it is in an area convenient both to walking around and using public or private transportation. Would definitely come back here."

"Excellent location right in the border of thw Old Town. Soundproofing actually means soundproofing here. Minus for sliding bathroom doors which absolutely are not soundproofed but let other guests in the room hear everything."

"A roof fridge would have been nice, July gets hot and cold refreshments are a must. Air-conditioning advertised, though not working / not efficient. Didn't ruin our stay or put us off booking again. Breakfast is worth paying the extra 13 euros. Tidy rooms. Clean. Good beds - excellent city break."
