"Voor €319,30 voor 2 nachten verwacht je kwaliteit en service die passen bij Van der Valk. Helaas was ons verblijf allesbehalve wat je van deze keten mag verwachten.
De eerste kamer had geen werkende internetverbinding op de tv en de kraan gaf enkel lauw tot koud water. Na melding kregen we een andere kamer, maar daar hing de douchekop scheef en zodra je deze recht wilde zetten begon hij te lekken. Het is teleurstellend dat zulke basiszaken niet vooraf worden gecontroleerd.
