「This cute little gingerbread style home was really cute. It was very modern inside and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Loved that it had a fenced backyard for my fur baby. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Staying at this property was like staying at your Grandma's house. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, but the house is older and has not seen recent renovations. The inside is comfortable and filled with antiques, but the beds and linens are older. It is clean and well-kept, but not up-to-date. The home had plenty of space for our family of five including 3 different tables for eating meals and playing games. The washing machine and dryer work, but we did not use any of the kitchen...

「So it’s a “in the back of the main house” cottage. Owners living several hundred feet away. A plus for me was the interaction with the owners goats, for me it’s a selling point, but for some that might be unwanted. The way the furniture is stuck in there is not comfort or tv friendly. The tv needs put over around the wasted space under the stairs and the sitting corner made more natural. It’s a small living space that needs optimized for comfort like someone is living there.
