"Staff was excellent. Both hot tubs were closed for unscheduled maintenance, so that was a bummer. Breakfast options were great. Fireplace in our suite wouldn't turn on. Pool area was very nice. Would definitely stay again if we make it back to Jackson."

"Our stay here was great. Good size room and nice bathroom. Breakfast was only a small charge and good options that the kitchen staff kept well-stocked. There were also plenty of places to sit even though it could get busy. Every staff member from housekeeping to front desk were very courteous. One change I’d make is that the gym should have a regular pulley machine. It only had a “Tonal” machine which is super hard to use and for only one person at a time. These machines are not a good choice for hotel customers. Also, the restaurant in-house was not open til later and you have to have reservations almost everywhere else. All in all a great stay!"

"We had an amazing experience at the Four Seasons in Jackson Hole, WY. The concierge team went above and beyond to accomodate my 4 year old little girl, our pom, and my husband's 40th birthday. They set up the cutest little tent in our room for our daughter and had banners, a cake, and snacks to help celebrate my husband's birthday. The concierge also help arrange all of our dinner reservations and activities. We were in awe at the attention to detail and the above and beyond service that was shown to us. We will definitely stay here again in the future."
