“The amenities were very nice. The staff were friendly and courteous. The housekeeping department did a phenomenal job and the breakfast chef at Insignia catered to the guests with specialty omelets and constantly made sure the buffet was tidy, restocked and beautifully presented. We stayed in December and the decorations and hot chocolate station were over-the-top! We very much d ed n joyed our stay! ”

“Brand-new and already a favourite. From the super helpful valet to the warm, efficient reception team, we felt looked after from the moment we pulled up. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are genuinely spacious. The area in which the hotel is located feels a bit more upmarket, with quirky new coffee and matcha spots on the doorstep, and the location made getting around Amman a breeze.
