Jerome visit

Property very comfortable with easy parking which is important in Jerome. Easy mile walk to downtown Jerome. Kitchen good for people that like to cook. Beds very comfortable. Nice sitting areas on porch for sitting, visiting, and enjoying the view. Owners very responsive to questions. Would certainly stay here again. Enjoy your visit.

Perfect spot for the family!

This was a fantastic vacation rental for the family! Walking distance to Jerome, large deck with beautiful views, and great accommodations! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in Jerome

The house was perfect for 2 couples. we loved the view of Jerome as well as the red rocks of the Sedona area. the place was cozy and well equipped.

This was a last minute trip, which usually mean chaos but Everything was easy and beautiful, from checking in to the stay and checking out!! Clean, comfy and the view was beautiful!! Will definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect weekend!

Lovely environment for visiting Jerome and the area. Very comfy beds and sofa, well stocked kitchen, gorgeous views. Definitely would stay here again. Easily accommodates two couples. Quiet and peaceful.

This home is beautiful. It is perfect for your stay in Jerome. The views are incredible. The decor is so perfect and cozy. Hosts were accessible and responsive. I would highly recommend this house for your stay. Close to town. Great house! Would love to come back if I’m ever in Jerome again!!

Fantastic Choice

I can't say enough about how wonderful this home is when visiting the Jerome/Cottonwood area. The location is very nice, a brief drive of about a mile to Jerome and about 10 minutes to Cottonwood. The view off the deck overlooks Jerome and the Cottonwood valley, just beautiful. The home itself is beautifully decorated with many amenities not always present in rental homes. Fully stocked kitchen with ample "extras" if you want to cook/prepare meals. Coffee makers include Nespresso, Drip, Keurig and French Press. Garage use is allowed (I have found this rarely in rental homes) and open living room dining room kitchen makes relaxing very enjoyable. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Amazing home and perfect location.

Beautiful home and perfect location for a short drive from Jerome and Sedona. Not many homes near Jerome were updated and modern- but Brooke and Rachels home was and has everything you need including hassle free parking. The views from their huge balcony were breathtaking. We can’t wait for our next visit.

Relaxing and comfortable

Cute option with beautiful view overlooking Jerome. We had some amazing mornings—-some with fog &clouds and others with sunshine. A little chilly but made the best of taking it in. Home is comfortable with all you need for a getaway. We ate out for all meals but enjoyed the nespreaso coffee each morning!

Girls get away

This was a great property for us to enjoy the Cottonwood/Jerome area. The porch was private and we drank our morning coffee and everything drinks out there. The property was clean and it was to check in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful place!

This was a very nice home to stay in with our small family of four and a few extended family members who visited throughout the week. Definitely worth it to rent both the main house and the lower studio for families as it may have been too close for comfort otherwise. The view was amazing, and of course the host/s were exceedingly helpful and responsive when anything came up. Will absolutely work with these folks again.

Comfortable place to stay after along day of hiking and canyoneering

All amenities in this rental house are what you would expect to have when renting a place to stay. Kitchen. bedrooms, bathrooms and easy access, with a nice deck to hang. Parking is tight and access to the garage is tricky when there are other vehicles parked in the driveway from the rental next door. We quickly got used to the next door neighbor's dogs barking. Might be barking at the raccoons in the area. Great place to stay, we would rent this place again for sure.

One of the better VRBOs we've ever stayed at!

The property itself was perfect! The kitchen had literally EVERYTHING we needed, and even the extras that made our stay feel like home! It was incredibly clean (and adorable on the inside if that matters to you). The space and layout worked perfectly for our family. The neighbors puppers barked quite a bit, however they seemed to stop after 9pm so it didn't interfere with our schedule at all. Easy access to Sedona, although was a bit more of a drive than we expected (totally on us) - it didn't stop us from going there almost every day of our stay though. Jerome is a unique little town that brought lots more people to it than we ever expected to see there. Definitely check out Bobby D's BBQ right down the street- delicious food! Beautiful view from the porch - perfect coffee and/or wine spot! Thanks for welcoming our family and allowing us to call your place home for 5 days!

Great spot in Jerome

Really amazing rental in Jerome. Pros: Place was super clean, well stocked kitchen, nice appliances and most importantly comfy bedding. Location is really close to Jerome, less than a mile to the closest shops. The garage was great to have since parking is at such a premium. The views of town at night and the sunsets were just phenomenal. Cons: this is nitpicking a bit but a large truck or third row SUV may not will fit very well in the garage. There is however a parking lot about 100ft down the road if you have bigger vehicles. The short walk to town is all uphill so it isnt far but it’s a workout unless you regularly hike a few miles at a time. All in all we loved our stay and would 💯 stay again.

Wow! What a view!

Having never been to Jerome before, but not wanting to deal with crowded Sedona all week, we opted to stay here to be a little removed from the hustle and bustle. What a lovely surprise! The view from this property and the town were just amazing. The property was clean, exactly as the listing stated in terms of amenities, etc. and communication with the owner was timely and easy. We had everything we needed and we were very comfortable! Exactly what I was hoping for. It made the drive (~25-35 mins) to and from the more touristy areas easier knowing we had a comfortable place to go back to. My boys loved their “man” cave in the basement and it was no biggie for my husband and I to stay in the upstairs bedroom with a comfy king bed and bathroom right outside the door. Would love to come back!

We loved Jerome

Due to the wildfires in AZ, the original town we were supposed to be staying in (Pine, AZ) was under a mandatory evacuation order. We found out less than 48 hours before we were supposed to fly out and we had to try to find a place for our family of 4 to stay for a week at the last minute. The owner of this property was very quick to respond to our booking request which relieved a lot of stress we had having to revamp our plans for our family vacation. The house was beautiful and very clean and the view from the balcony was absolutely amazing! You can see for miles. Jerome is such a cute town with a fascinating history. We loved exploring Jerome along with trips to Sedona (about 45 mins away) and the Grand Canyon (about 2.5 hours away). The house is about a 2 hour (very scenic) drive from the PHX airport. The beds were comfortable and my husband and I were able to sleep in the upstairs king sized bed and my kids shared the downstairs room with a king sized bed and a daybed. The house really has everything you would need to stay a week with your family. We did have an issue with the air conditioning not working when we arrived but the owner was very quick to respond and even sent us a cooling tower while waiting on an A/C tech to come to the house. It got pretty hot inside but it was bearable with the ceiling fans and the cooling tower and then it worked well most of the rest of the week. This minor inconvenience wasn’t enough for me to lower my rating because I understand sometimes things happen that are beyond anyone’s control. If I would make any suggestion at all to improve the accommodations, it would be to put a few extra towels and washcloths in each bathroom. If we ever get out this way again, we would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a great vacation!
