“This was our second stay here, and just as delightful. The first day, we saw a bald eagle on the lake, and day two, we saw our favorite triad of swans, and some Sandhills cranes on our last day. The fireplace was lovely, as is the fully operational kitchen. I super appreciate the hosts skipping fragrances and fabric softener for us to make it more allergy friendly for me! The beds are SO comfortable and the shower water pressure was excellent. We hope to come back again in the new year.”

“Three friends and myself just wanted to get away for a day and we chose this cabin. We wanted the sample some of the local cuisine and a day away from city life. I would recommend bringing some DVDs! The owner of the property is very close by and if you have any issues, they can be taken care of quickly. This would be a great place for kids, especially in the winter time! I would highly recommend this beautiful log cabin to anyone.”
