Awan and the staff went above and beyond from check in to departure to ensure all our needs were met. 「Clean and nice hotel. About twenty minutes from Kuta beach. You have everything g you need for a quiet stay at the hotel. Beach pool volleyball and the rooms are clean and quiet ! It does take about 45 minutes to airport and the road is a little off the beaten path but you will love it once you’re there 」

「This is the best place to stay in Kuta Lombok. The suites are very spacious with two separate bathrooms on the two bedroom suite. Everything is modern and brand new. It turned out we were the first guests of our suite. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Full size kitchen with refrigerator, oven, pans, plates and utensils. Filtered water dispenser with a cold/normal/hot options is provided. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Overall a great place to stay.」

「Sauber, gross und schön. Sehr schöner Pool. Complementary Minibar, Wasser, Tee, Kaffee. Genug Handtücher auch am Pool. Frühstück überschaubar, aber durchaus gut. Eigentlich alles soweit sehr gut bis auf die Lage, die ist nicht so gut. Das Hotel ist sehr weit ab vom Schuss mitten in den Hügeln, der Weg dahin sehr steil, nach Kuta sind es mit dem Auto schon so 10 Minuten, und ausser ein paar Baustellen und anderen Hotels ist nichts darum herum. Das Personal ist sehr, sehr nett. Der Blick ist ok,...
