Jersey City Bar Hotel

" Excellent place within reasonable pricing in NJ with easy access to the city. The surroundings looked gritty in the pictures but the area was safe when we reached there. The parking area is secured and adjacent to the building making it easy to carry your luggage to your room without worrying about safety. The property is well maintained and very spacious. Our room was big enough for 3 people. The hotel staff was professional and helped us with every small request. Commute to the city is easy via shuttle options which can pickup and drop you near the hotel lobby. Cheaper transportation is also available within walkable distance. Our only qualm was lack of a bigger laundry room and the hours for laundry. There is only one machine made available for 9 floors and there are restrictions on using laundry after 9 pm. It is hard to make it within that window if you are out touring the city. The management should provide more options. Overall this is a good place to stay in NJ/NY even for a big family. Would 10/10 recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay and the staffs were amazing. The breakfast is superb, so many choices, the room and linens were clean. My son loss his wallet, left in the vending machine and the next day we asked from the reception and he had it back! This is our 2nd time to stay in this hotel and we definitely keep coming back! "

"Everything about this trip/stay was easy and convenient. I was attending a 2-day event at MetLife and everything was super simple. The only thing I would say(let me preface that this isn’t there fault but it’s good info to have): it’s right around the corner from MetLife but you’re not able to walk. I wish you could as it would be 10x more convenient. "
