Basic bare bones hotel. No pool or work out room. No breakfast or even vending machines that I saw. Area is not walkable, no stores or restaurants near by. Bed was decent, A/C and fridge worked good. Quiet and overall seemed safe. A place to sleep and shower, no more.

Staff is very helpful, when we can find them at the desk (supposed to be 24/7). Room was clean but we found some roaches around the kitchenette and in the Hall. People cooking mixes of spices smells in the hall, felt like old cheap appartments when I was in college. Beds are comfy, parking and room access is ok. Close to Metlife stadium (5-10 min drive, really easy). Breakfast.... coffee jug and gas station muffins to bring back in your room... it doesn't compete to real included breakfast... Place was ok overall, I will find somewhere else next time but I understand the price I paid.

My room smelled like star cigarettes. I requested to be moved but was told no rooms available due to the AC/DC concert. Front desk employee was rude.

The staff was friendly, and they attempted to be as helpful as they could. There were no coffee makers available for our room. Pillows were very flat, so we tried to get extras. Those were in low supply as well. Breakfast the 1st 2 days was limited to instant oatmeal. The last 2 days there also were pre-packaged muffins and Nutragrain bars. Although there is a kitchen area in the room, it is not stocked with anything, (e.g., cups, plates, flatware, pans) unless you request it. Room and hallways were overdue for a thorough cleaning. There were roaches running across the bathroom counter the last day.

Nice day was just perfect, all the staff I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. I had a situation I needed help and the front desk automatically took care of my situation with no problems. I thanked the manager personally in the morning and how great I thought the hotel was and how clean and friendly and helpful the staff was. More than enough parking for everyone. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends anytime are here they’re going to that area. Unfortunately, I had to cut my stay by one day earlier and had to leave and head back home, other than that there was no problems at all with the hotel, extended stay hotel in Rutherford, NJ 07070. Very close to everything and anything you need, just ask the front desk and I’m sure they would help you with no problem like they did with me. Thank you once again.

The room was spacious, with a microwave, stove top and a full size refrigerator. My check in was very late so thank you to the employee. The carpet throughout the hotel could use some deep clean or be changed.

This hotel was disgusting. No one should stay there. It gives like a shelter the types of people that were staying there the rugs just entering are disgusting. The counters within the rooms are chipped. The fixtures are oxidized. The hot water does not come out to take a shower you have to leave the water running to be able to take a hot shower. It was disgusting. The staff was not at the window upon entry and check-in time and the resolution was zero when we called. There was no manager on site. There is just no one to help you. It was a horrible experience. I will never stay there again. no one should stay there and pay this money. Expedia should check their properties.
