Our breakfast is included with every reservation and is, in fact, served daily between 7-10 am in the 1st-floor lounge. It is entirely the guest's choice whether to join and enjoy it or not. We are sorry to hear that this was your experience with our breakfast.As for the Sunrise Tour, it is stated on the website that a meal or snacks are not included in it. This tour is the only one that departs before breakfast starts, and given that most of our guests only go on that tour once during their stay, we believe it is reasonable. Payments can be made with both cash and card, and our prices of 15 NIS for the washer and 10 NIS for the dryer are among the most competitive in town.Lastly, we are sorry to hear that you found our staff unhelpful. We pride ourselves on providing a personal level of service, regardless of the hostel's occupancy.
