STAY AWAY
Moti never communicated with me about how to enter the property. When I called him upon landing in Tel Aviv, he seemed not to recall having listed on VRBO, but eventually idenyified the property assured me that everything would be straightened out by the time I reached Jerusalem. I reached Jerusalemat night in the midst of pouring rain and tried again to reach him. He never answered his phone again or replied to any of my increasingly frantic texts. I was forced to rent a hotel room at my own expense for much more than he had agreed to charge. He has not communicated with me since. The credit card company has refunded the money I paid him but of course can't do anything to compensate for the added cost and stress of having to make last minute alter arrangements. I could not find a VRBO help line to call. That should change, but meanwhile VRBO should remove all his listings, and until then patrons should STAY AWAY.
