War alles soweit ok! Die Nähe zum Strand (zu Fuß ca 15 min) und dem Ortszentrum sind super - Tiefgarage ist ein super Plus! Sofa etwas abgenutzt - Tisch wackelt - alles in allem aber super! Die Straße ist sehr befahren, so dass man nachts die Fenster schließen musste! Toaster und Staubsauger fehlen!
