Klein und zu 50 % fein

Wir haben in dem Haus, in Jaegerspries Kulhuse Strand eine Woche verbracht. Das Grundstück, der Garten und die Lage ist hervorragend. Die überdachte Terrasse ist sehr schön und auch bei windigem Wetter gut benutzbar. Das Inserat beschreibt das Haus mit 2 Schlafzimmern, das Schlafzimmer ist im Nebenhaus mit seperater Tür, dieses Haus ist jedoch nur ein normales Gartenhaus, nicht isoliert und durch die Ritzen der Holzwände zieht der Wind. Bei einer stürmischen Nacht wurde es sehr kalt und die Dacheindeckung klapperte. Dieses Schlafzimmer kann man nicht als vollwertiges Zimmer anbieten! Gut das wir noch einen Daunenschlafsack dabei hatten. Das andere Haus (ca. 20 qm) mit Küchenzeile, Schlafsofa und kleinem Bad war sehr schön gemütlich auf kleinem Raum eingerichtet und gut benutzbar und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der "Herd" besteht jedoch nur aus zwei schlecht funktionierende Herdplatten, auch die Kaffeemaschine sollte erneuert werden. Im Inserat wird das Haus für 4 Gäste angeboten, was nach meiner Meinung bei einem Schlafzimmer im seperatem Gartenhaus unangemessen ist. Die Kosten für die Endreinigung fand ich mit 109 € auch viel zu hoch.

Ferienhaus mit etwas Campingcharakter

Einmal davon abgesehen, dass es mit der Sauberkeit bei der Anreise nicht so ganz weit her war (z.B. Badezimmerboden schlecht geputzt, Gläser und Becher nicht ordentlich abgewaschen, Staub auf den Regalen) und dass es kein Kochgeschirr, zu wenig Besteck (und dann auch noch wild zusammengewürfelt - teilweise Plastik) gabe, fehlte es an einem Backofen und ein 2-Platten-Kochplatte verlangt schon etwas Improvisationskunst. Aber das Grundstück und die überdachte Terasse sind ein Traum. Ebenso die Lage. Daher haben wir uns insgesamt wirklich gut erholt.
