"Staff very helpful"

"The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast area was clean and presentable every morning of our stay! We have been staying at this hotel for years now!"

"Wonderful stay"

"The front desk was awesome. Always greeting you as you entered or exited the place. The housekeepers made sure I had clean towels when asked as I didn’t need my bed fixed every day so I asked for fresh towels. I’d return here again."

"One of the worst places I have ever stayed in the rooms were musty and had a leak on the ceiling and they’re breakfast was not at all what I expected from the reviews but I guess you get what you pay for next time I will pay a little more and stay somewhere better"

"They have nice maintained rooms Best beds Kept beds made daily Slack in wash clothes and towels Could offer blankets for beds Overall it’s a great place to stay. Great rates This was my 4th stay Definitely my top pick of Motels in Falfurrias"

"This place was the perfect spot for us to visit with family in the area."

"The location was beautiful right on the marsh next to the lake great views. The house is very comfortable and clean with a good assortment of supply and cooking utensils. We had great communication with the host, and the one question we had was answered quickly."

"Everything was great"

"Clean, quiet, beautiful lake. Will definitely stay again"

"Good value for a stay."

"Just a bland room "

"We were given a tour of a mini area with exotic animals the woman who took us was very friendly and informative. The facility we stayed in was very nice and cozy . They had a restaurant literally a few steps away and you can order food they actually take to your room . I highly recommend to anyone trying to breathe and get away from city life"
