「渡假飯店的感覺，很不錯。舒服」

「The property was tied and run down. The bed headboard fell off through the night. 3 rooms to the facility and 2 only had cold water not hot. Sheets and towels were discoloured and brown. The property was once grand however its lack of maintenance made it an unpleasent experience.」

「Amazing helpful staff, everything sorted before I even arrived! Beautiful and big villa - will book again!」

「Booked the traditional villa somehow ended up saying I booked the classic villa. Never saw pics or any about classic villa until I was standing in it. Online said was 4 min walk to beach, ended up being 15 min walk to beach and in completely different location. Tried to cancel booking through Expedia and owner both said no. Owner wouldn’t speak to Expedia. Online check in instructions said to contact owner 48hrs before check in. Tried to contact multiple times, even had Expedia try. No contact...

「Villa房間數不多，員工很Nice，房間整潔度需要加強，漂浮早餐需要加價及提前預定，整體還算舒適」

「The staff was very kind and helpful ! The villa is really comfortable ! Shared pool however, not prívate ! Breakfast was really nice. If you ever go to Le Resto (3mn away by foot) you’ll get 10% discount by mentioning La Reserva. Everything was perfect ! We stayed a bit longer than expected ! Thank you guys !」

「Mr Andy and him team are the best. Nothing was ever an issue. The team catered to any requests we had. But the most notable thing for us was Mr Andy’s willingness to share his beautiful culture. We were offered the most amazing breakfasts and ideas on things to do and see. He arranged massages and transport with ease and his efforts made for the most memorable holiday in Bali. We can not thank him enough. 6⭐️s for Mr Andy. We will be back! 」
