“The accommodation was in a good location, but the bed was very average, with a very thin blanket that was not warm enough for the colder nights. The pillows were also pancake thin. Once checked in, we had no way of communicating with the owners to ask for a warmer blanker, other than talking to the bar staff at night. We accidentally booked the incorrect nights, needing to pull our 3 night booking back by one day ie, still 3 nights, but arrive one day earlier and leave one day earlier. They……

"I enjoyed my stay a lot whilst my husband didn't. The bathroom is really small for big people. Easy to make a mess on toilet luckily it's a wet room design so can clean easily. A step to access the toilet so not user friendly to elderly people. Bed was a double, still quite small for big people. Heating made the room really stuffy and warm, had to borrow a fan and opened room door to ventilate often. No Netflix, but can screen cast YouTube. Really like the buffet on 4F, convenience store on 2F, laundry facilities and public bath house on B1F. Sky pool not opened. Didn't use the gym but looked okay. Good location, decent price, overall I'm satisfied. There is a money currency exchange machine downstairs, didn't accept small bills but ok, very convenient, not bad rates but airport better. In neighbourhood there are restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. Therefore very convenient. Easy access to central areas. One downside is early checkout time at 10am, we paid 4000yen for two hours extension, so checked out at 12pm."
