"I would not even let my dog stay in this hotel. Unfriendly staff, not willing to help even with language barriers, rude and very sarcastic. I hated this place. Dirty bathrooms, shower curtains had mould, my sheets still had dirt patches. There are no windows in the rooms. It looks like a brothel. I was charged twice for the night and the security deposit was never refunded even 2 weeks later. This needs to be taken off Wotif's list"

"The staff at the hotel were fantastic. The food was very good and the location was great. On my first morning at breakfast, the dining room manager said I looked a little tired and I told him that my room was very warm and I did not sleep well. He brought me a coffee and reported my information to the front desk. The thermostat could not be changed in the room and temperature could not be adjusted so the room was quite warm. When I checked at the front, they had informed me that the manager of the dining room had reported the concern and they could move my room which I decided not to do, so they then brought a fan and opened one of the windows to help. The staff was very kind working hard to make my stay comfortable, the location was great, gym was good, food was great and staff was very attentive. The general manager Neil Li was very attentive and checked in on my stay as well which I appreciated too."
