「Apartment unit was very nice, shower was cold but in buildings like that it's hard to keep the shower water warm. The sunrise view was beautiful, the walk on Detroit River boardwalk was awesome, neighborhood nice. Due to construction it was harder to get to the parking lot but we found a way. The back parking lot seemed sketchy so I am glad we got a spot in the front parking lot. My son (age 13) loved the loft room. 」

「Check in process was easy, wasn’t sure where to park and had to walk up three flights of stairs because unit was on the 3rd floor which wasn’t mentioned in the listing.. The unit wasn’t very clean. The grate on the furnace was covered in dust, window sill was dirty and we didn’t have any blankets or linens for two of us to sleep. 」

「Owner Double booked the condo for the weekend. We had to find a place to stay at 1030-11 pm at night for the weekend. Not happy after a long drive and then in the middle of downtown late at night with our suitcases and not able to get ahold of the owner to figure out what was going on because there were no keys in the lock box. We use Vrbo for all of our trips and this trip but a bad taste in our mouths. 」

「Booked a last-minute trip to make the PWHL Detroit takeover game because my teenage son rediscovered his love for hockey, and so did I. This place was the PERFECT location for what we needed- we walked to the arena, then later to Comerica park and Ford field, to take tourist-y photos. Kitty-corner on one side is a whole foods, in the other is DMC. 」

「I rarely take the time to write long reviews but I'm going take the time to do it here in the hope that the PM company decides to improve the areas that are lacking. What i liked. The place is cool, it's an easy walk to Hart Plaza and downtown, and it's got character. You get a lot of space compared to a hotel room. What I didn't like - Fixtures were broken in the bahtroom, there was no waterproof shower curtain liner in the bathroom, there were only 2 pillows with pillow cases for 2 people,...
