"Pretty good, not the very best, but a good place to crash. Decent breakfast and a good coffee machine in the dining area. Lots of dining options nearby and helpful staff. Maintenance props the back door open with a rock every day instead of letting it lock (as stated on the sign), but maybe they just don’t like badging in?"

"This property was beautiful and tranquil, very clean inside, and an absolute wonderful stay. Only minutes from downtown Johnson City and from Pedernales Falls State Park. Hot tub was excellent to relax, pool was cool and refreshing, Porch was chill and peaceful to relax on in the mornings and afternoons with a cup of coffee in a rocking chair. Boomer the horse was friendly and came to say hello a couple of times. Had a great time and will go back again. "

"The breakfast was basic, cereal, milk yougurt, waffles bread, jelly, butter, coffe and juices plus some fruit. It has a laundry in the facility neatly located, got your ice machine. It has a front and a side door. The showe gives hot water with ease. A ironing table and iron are available. The Tv works perfectly with ample choice of chanels. To get to town is like 10 minute walk to mainstreet. A five minute walk of the property you'll find places to eat, local or chain. It is a property with atractive prices lically own and operated."

"The rooms really needs updating. I've stayed once before with no issues. This stay, was different because there were small bugs in the bathroom. Definitely needs attention. Overall the staff was super nice. "
