「There was a horrible stench in my room. Like a thousand sweaty sneakers. It was so pungent, I asked for another room. I was denied. I didn’t think I could sleep in the room, so I asked for room spray. The front desk attendant left the desk to go to the back. I thought he was trying to help. But when he returned, he said nothing of my request. No apology, nothing. Money wasted. I finally got to sleep with my head under the covers.」
