The kitchen was not fully equipped, the freezer had food spills on the shelves, there were not any trash bags, laundry detergent or dishwasher soap. The bathrooms were not the cleanest, lots of areas where it looked liked it wasn’t swept. There weren’t any handovers or washcloths. The house needed a lot of upgrades because it just looked like some flipped it without the proper equipment and materials. The

When we got there, we checked everything out and the bathroom floor weren’t swept very well. Look for bathroom towels. They were five in the hallway closet. Two of them were still damp where they did not got dried all the way there were no washcloths no hand towels or kitchen towels we had to go out and buy washcloths to take a shower with. It was listed that there was soap and stuff in the house which there was not the shower curtain in the first bathroom the bottom of it was molded and it was about 6 inches too long for the shower the shower in the master bedroom was not long enough for the shower style. The sofa in the living room looked like it had been peed all over by dogs was very very stained, and the pillows on the sofa were covered in dog and cat hair. We were not impressed. We’ll never stay that house again.

This property has a lot of good positives and has potential to be a really great property. End of a cul-de-sac, super quiet neighborhood, easy to get to and lots of places to walk, etc. The house itself is set up nicely. The host was polite and responded well. The beds were comfortable and showers hot.We do feel, however, it has a way to go to get there. There were a ton of little "attention to details" that should have been thought of. There was not a light on above the door and even though there was one on further away it was very dark at the door and hard to see the pad. We had ZERO washcloths nor kitchen towels. (there were 3 kitchen washcloths and I used those for my shower and paper towel for dishtowels) The soap dispensers were empty, the refrigerator wasn't clean, the couch was VERY stained, so much so that I pulled a comforter from another bed to use to sit on when we were in there. No toaster (small inconvenience but still) The dishwasher and dryer were extremely loud, the dryer needs something fixed in there. The stove was super wobbly and I had to lean against it to hold it still when cooking. I couldn't open the closet in the main bedroom because the end table was there. Whoever remodeled it was very sloppy in their details ie: the shower grout looked like someone's five year old put it on; The small cabinet in bedroom bath had a broken door and didn't even come together, etc. If those things could be addressed, it would be a GREAT property.
