We had a good three night stay, the room was clean and everything worked. The room could use a little freshening (like new carpet), but like I said our stay was good. The breakfast was good, with a few hot items and cold cereals and the like. The location was quiet and safe, parking was easy.

The carpet and the bedspread were filthy. It made us feel the entire room was dirty. The staff was accommodating, but there were no elevators to the second floor which was a hardship for my elderly friend staying with me. We will not stay in another Quality Inn.

The property is showing its age. The room is reasonably clean, but the carpet is worn and stained in places, the furniture has dings, dents, and worn spots, and the HVAC unit is noisy and emits a slight odor possibly from an outbreak of stink bugs in and outside the unit. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The two main drawbacks being the watery coffee from the push button dispenser and only plain white bread for toast. There is a Cracker Barrel restaurant that conveniently fronts the hotel for a good meal. The staff is friendly.

The room smelled musty, there were dirty towels still wet in the bathroom. And even the toilet was dirty. We were booked for five nights only stayed the one night because we were completely exhausted after driving 14 hours and we just couldn’t go any farther. We left the next morning. I must say the young man at the front desk was very nice replaced the towels and was apologetic but could only offer a business card to the owner to get our refund for the remaining days. And it still cost us almost 1/2 what we originally paid.

My wife stayed one night for a work trip. When she arrived to the property, there was a strong chemical smell, like bug spray. There were burn holes in the sheet and the toilet was still dirty. The next morning when she went to shower, there was no hot water at all so she had to take a cold shower before going to work. She called the front desk about the sheets and toilet and that was fixed quickly.

They do not have a fitness center and haven’t for years (since COVID). The breakfast was one of the worst I have had and ran out of most items 45 minutes before breakfast closed. The location was good and the staff were very nice!

I’m not a dramatic person but this room was BAD. First of all, I booked a room with double beds for a party of three. We get there and all they had was a room with a king bed. It was midnight so we made do. We opened the door and it smelled like the Marlboro man had camped out for two years. It was dirty, the duvet was filthy, everything we took in smelled like stale smoke and we had to sleep 3 to a king bed (I’m 45 and my parents are 70- quite a spectacle). We’ve laughed about it and it’s made a good story but it definitely was not funny at the time. We were desperate so it was better than sleeping in our car (I think??).
