“Shower drain cover was damaged and had a sharp piece sticking up that cut my son’s foot. Went to the front desk to get a bandage and they didn’t have one. Also, no night maintenance to replace the drain cover. Interior was dated and was in need of updating. I will not be stay there again. 4/10 Stars”

“We were charged a $10 fee for incidentals after being told by front desk staff that there were no charges. I will be disputing this on my credit card.”

“The kitchen floor was sticky. The sink had something in it from previous occupants . ”

“I had no time to use the pool; in any case, the pool is really tiny, no room to swim. The biggest problem was that the shower had no hot water. Something must have been broken there because the faucet did have hot water. Also the water pressure in the shower was so strong that it splashed water everywhere, in the few minutes during which I attempted to get it to produce hot water for me. I ended up mopping the floor to make the bathroom usable at least as a toilet. ”

“Why the deposit was not returned?”

“The hotel was an average stay overall. The location was okay—nothing particularly great but convenient enough for basic needs. The breakfast options were fairly limited and below average compared to similar hotels. One issue was that there was no toilet paper in the room upon arrival, which was inconvenient and should have been checked beforehand. Overall, the stay was fine but nothing special. It works for a short, budget-friendly stay, especially given the good price, but don’t expect much……

“This is a non-smoking hotel but the first room we were offered reeked of stale tobacco, obviously used to be a hotel that allowed smoking. The manager found us another room and that was better although the curtains smelled of tobacco. Aside from two beds, a fridge and microwave there were no other amenities, no cups for water, no coffee maker, no tissues. The towels were thin and although clean were stained and old. The manager was kind enough to find us a blanket as the bed only had a sheet and……

“The hotel was in a convenient location to downtown. They were in the midst of renovations, but did a great job of protecting guests from that. The breakfast could have been a little more varied, but it was unique to have a bagel bar (if I’m remembering correctly).”

“The staff doesn't really seem to care about the property. There are drug addicts and homeless people sleeping in the parking lot. I couldn't even see my car from my room so I keep having to go back out to check on it. Would not stay here again. ”
