"Sweet vintage cabin on a quiet lake was just what we needed! Host was very responsive and helpful and the cabin had everything you'll need. We did some hiking with the dogs, fishing, grilling, and campfires. Lots of great restaurants nearby and stores (altho we didn't shop this time!)."

Not only inside, but beautiful grounds, garage, well equipped fire pits, boathouse with many toys, large dock for boats/pontoon.Clear water for swimming, and easy walk from house to beautiful Big Portage lake.My favorite place was the catwalk to a private space over looking the lake. So peaceful.The home is a work of art. Many of the owners personal treasures you'll most likely will never see again. There's a boardroom, ice cream room, bar room, huge beautiful living room and Professional Kitchen!,besides 7 bedrooms. A focal point is The Gazebo for Wine Time! Just beautiful. "Summerhaven was a very cozy Up North experience, and the cabin is in a great location on Lake Lost and was very spacious and comfortable. Jeff was great host he was very easy to talk to and was available throughout the entire trip. The dock was easy to tie up our rental pontoon and we enjoyed our time at Summerhaven and Lost Lake!!!"
