“The photos are outdated and there is a room missing (the theater room does not exist). The standard beds are comfortable; bunks are okay and a little creaky. The kitchen is skim - many basics were either not working or missing. The coffee pot runs slowly and so do the two other alternatives. There were no large bowls, quirky. The photos present a brighter, lighter place from a few versions ago. I booked this for a staff retreat and many said they felt like we go the Temu verison of the listing.”

“Our first room 128 was nicely clean but the blinds were damaged and does not provided privacy to the room. We went to front desk and immediately our room was changed. Unfortunately the room was not properly cleaned.
One of the issues was the toilet seat with hairs.
The shower with loose parts.
Carpet dirty.”
