I was disappointed when I checked into the room. I paid for sea view 2-bedroom suite, but apparently it is not a seaview unit but only partial lakeview can be seen. Nonetheless, the breakfast spread is good, quite a variety.

Check-in was smooth and fast. We booked 2 rooms and got both on the same floor. Unfortunately, there was a cockroach in the bathroom of one of the rooms and when the concierge was alerted, they sent up someone to take care of it. They also sprayes some medicine all around which smelled good, so that it can prevent more cockroaches. Unfortunately, the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned and the bedside table area was dusty. Would be good if the housekeeping team would take note of this.

Location of property was very convenient. Checkin was smooth. The staff helpful and responsive. We had nice view from our room. The room was clean. There is show of some wear and tear, but nothing to takeaway from the comfort of the room. We found the bed to be comfortable and slept well. There was a strong, unpleasant smell along the corridor of our floor. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

Great for families

Booked a room with living room space. Was travelling with 2 young kids, 4 years old & 2 months old. With the kitchen facilities, I was able to wash milk bottles etc. The place is clean & bed was comfortable to sleep in.

Clean & decent, but not worth the price paid.

Clean, relatively comfortable and neat, but has the feel of a cheap JB hotel room in overall. Bathroom finishes lack finesse and corners/drains/fittings feel worn out. The biggest issue was the persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the room. There is not much in the vicinity, so you would need to taxi out to main shopping/F&B areas.

This hotel is located in Iskandar, around 25 minutes drive from Johor Bharu border in front of quiet bay. This location is very quiet and many bars, restaurants with various good quality foods. It’s good for a short comfortable stay from Singapore.
