"very nice place to stay.room and restroom are very spacious and clean.Great downtown location if you want to go explore the mercado is a must less than 5minutes away.Rooms are not sound proof you can hear other guest and the noise from the street overall is a nice place to stay. "

"Worst hotel experience for a supposed 5-star property. Dirty rooms, cockroaches, ants, clogged bathroom, no hot water, weak A/C, Wi-Fi not working, and dog feces on the terrace. The only response was “sorry,” with no compensation at all. Definitely do not recommend, especially for the price charged."

"La habitación estaba sucia, el baño estaba puerco, tenían un evento el cual duró toda la noche, no dejaron descansar ni acceder a las amenidades, la alberca por ende está muy sucia, la recepción fue tardada y mala, me fueron a despertar a las 6 de la mañana para mover mi auto de el estacionamiento por su mala logística para acomodar los vehículos por que guardaron autos de personas que no estaban hospedados en el hotel , en general la experiencia fue pésima."

"Me parece que las consiciones de las habitaciones no son las adecuadas, el baño tenia un olor fetido que provenia de las tuberias. Las toallas olian sucias, hubo mucho escandolo a pesar de que te hacer firmar un reglamento que no respetan. El personal del turno no fue amable. La puerta se atoraba y en la noche intentaron abrir afortunadamente estaba puesto el seguro. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto y no vuelvo a hospedarme en ese sitio."
