Beautiful villa and surrounding area

We really enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s beautiful villa - it was clean and had everything we needed, we particularly enjoyed having the bbq on the patio with views over the waterThe beach a few minutes away is lovely and quiet so perfect for relaxingOnly downside is distance to shops/supermarket but hiring a golf buggy solves that

Fabulous location

We had an amazing time in Antigua and the villa was in a great location right near the Jolly Beach marina where the remainder of our family were staying. The property manager Jenny was exceptional with answering questions and she provided lots of great tips and suggestions. She also facilitated getting transportation to and from the airport and also arranged a golf cart rental for us. The villa is well equipped and there is a great grocery store a golf cart ride away where you can buy anything. This was a great little gated community and would love to return.

Wonderful stay in Jolly Harbour

From the booking of this property, communication with the owner and property manager, the whole experience was excellent and as a result, our holiday was wonderful!The property is in a fantastic location, and suited our needs perfectly.

The property was very clean and well kept. The property people were courteous and kind. The seating in living area could be better and the tv connectivity for international news non exist. Otherwise everything else was great.

Congested parking, inconvenient location far from city. manager make us take out the trash & expected us to clean on vacation. It’s an older villa, roaches in the closet by kitchen area. They need to upgrade electrical outlets, no wash cloths. The unit is at the far end of the property, number not visible at night very hard to find. I have more not enough room to eloborate.

Caribbean Tranquility

We stayed at this property February 2024 initially just my wife & I but we were joined by daughter & son in law as a suprise for my wife’s 60th. The owner Lisa is very approachable and responded to messages promptly. The property is managed by Jenny who gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and showed us where everything was in the property, she even arranged a taxi from the airport, golf buggy and car hire for us. The property was very clean & tidy with good quality fittings and well appointed kitchen & utilities. The cleaners even came in to clean during our stay. Any queries we had during our stay were dealt with promptly and efficiently by Jenny. The location is ideal, very peaceful with north beach a 3 minute walk away, to get to the south beach, supermarket, Petals, Bascilca, El Porto & curry house you will need to hire a golf cart or car. We were very sad to leave and will look at this properties availibity when return in the future.

Fantastic

Wow, where to start? The owner was super helpful and informative prior to our arrival. We have stayed here before and love the quiet location of the north finger. The house is lovely and has everything g needed. Jenny was fantastic upon our arrival and fantastic throughout. She was always on hand with local knowledge should we have needed. This is a little gem. Thank you to the house keeping team who do a fantastic job.

A "Jolly" great holiday!

We have returned to this little piece of paradise several times and it is always a wonderful experience. The unit has all the amenities needed for an enjoyable vacation and great proximity to grocery shopping, restaurants and beaches. Both the host and the property manager are a pleasure to deal with. We keep returning to this unit because we always have such a great holiday there. It really is "a little piece of paradise!"

Great spot in a gated community in Jolly Harbor that is close to many of the best beaches in Antigua. Easy to walk to nearby beach and short drive to others. Community is gated with security, and was very quiet. We really enjoyed the back deck area for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Communication with the property manager was excellent and she was very helpful on providing tips and information on the property, Jolly Harbor and Antigua in general. Overall the property was clean, the bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels, some beach chair options and even some bikes to rent. After staying in Antigua for a week, we came to enjoy Jolly Harbor and this villa was a great launching spot for daily activities and great place to unwind at night. Various dining options are located within the harbor area, and just outside, and we found all of the food to be excellent. There is also a grocery store at the edge of the marina that was well stocked for our needs. Looking ahead, when we return to Antigua, we will definitely consider using this villa again.

30th anniversarry trip!

We had a great trip and time celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Brought out 26 yr old daughter and her boyfriend for 7 0f our 10 day trip. The condo was exactly as advertised. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. Lovely large outdoor area out back overlooks canal and beautiful big beach homes. Get a golf cart to travel around. 7 min golf cart drive to the beautiful south beach. Grocery store is pretty large and stocks good items to cook some meals...about a 5 minute golf cart ride to get to it. Our favorite restaurant was la cantina, good mexican. 5 or so restaurants in compound about 5 min golf cart ride to get to them. The only complaint was portable beach chairs in condo were not good. Was expensive to rent chairs and umbrella at beach everyday-$20 US for 2 per day. Lisa and Jenny both super nice and responsive! Felt very safe in this nice jolly harbour compound. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home Lisa!

Jolly Harbour

The location and property was very good. It was very quiet which is what we were looking for. We appreciated the golf cart we rented so we could come and go as needed. Some furniture is soon to need an upgrade. The kitchen was well stocked with the required utensils etc. The bed was comfortable and the a/c’s all worked well. The highlight was our property host Jenny who met us at the villa, arranged our cart rental & airport transfers and checked in regularly to ensure we had all we needed. This was especially appreciated as we prepared for Hurricane Tammy which fortunately missed the island. Thanks Jenny!!

La villa est exactement comme sur les photos et la description sur VRBO. La plage (du côté nord) à 3 minutes de marche est très belle et pratiquement privée...La location d'une voiturette de golf est nécessaire pour les autres secteurs du site. Jenny, la manager, est extrêmement serviable et elle répond à toutes les demandes....Bravo....nous retournerons avec plaisir!

My boys and I had a great week in Jolly Harbour relaxing at the beach, fishing and sailing!! The Property Manager was very helpful with the check in process and arranging our golf cart. This 2 bedroom unit is great and kitchen well stocked. I highly recommend!!

Beautiful location

We loved everything about the villa and the area. Jolly harbour was wonderful. The communication with the property manager was excellent. Really no details were left out. This was a really great alternative to staying on a resort. We rented a car and ventured around the island finding quiet secluded beaches and adorable beach bars along the way. We met some really great locals who gave us some Antigua history as well as places we should visit while staying on the island. If you are looking for more of an adventure over staying on a resort, I definitely recommend. There are resorts nearby that offer day passes as well if you want some resort life in your vacation as well. However, with the gorgeous secluded beaches around, I don’t think you’ll need it. Our favorite beach was Hermitage bay. Very quiet, beautiful and I found a few sea glass pieces on this beach.
