「After trying multiple times to resolve this without making a terrible review it doesnt seem thats possible. Made reservations at this home, before leaving for our trip I read where the last tenant report he was withoutnheat for awhile. After multiple attempts to ensure we had heat, finally got a response late the day of arrival. They had placed an electric heater. No other response and no help. I messaged back explained we would not be staying there due to the heat and went and stayed at hotel...
