Der Aufenthalt war okay. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.Eine Zufahrt zum Objekt mit dem Auto ist nicht gegeben. Der Stellplatz an der Landstraße ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, das ganze Gepäck sowie die Fahrräder mussten über die stark befahrene Straße gebracht werden.

Kurzurlaub im Alten Land

Schönes liebevolles eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, wunderschöne Terrasse, sehr gutes Bett, super das Fahrräder vorhanden sind, hatten eine tolle Zeit, wunderschöne Orte wie Stade, Joerk, Buxtehude in der Nähe, im Ort kann man gut essen gehen

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Die Wohnung ist süß und gemütlich gemacht. Die verschiedenen Ebenen und Stufen sind leider nix für Rückenkranke und die Treppe nach oben ist auch echt steil und eng.Wen es nicht stört, der wird total glücklich mit der Bude.Der Garten ist wunderschön und wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt. Der Kühlschrank funktioniert nicht wirklich gut und ein Eisfach wäre schön.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr sauber und vor allem die Abende auf der gemütlichen Terrasse waren sehr schön.

Schöner Kurztrip und Alte Land

Wir waren das zweite Mal in der Wohnung. Dieses Mal hat auch das Wetter gut mitgespielt, Sonne satt. Die Wohnung ist toll direkt am Deich gelegen, war sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Auch den Garten haben wir beim Frühstücken genießen können. Buxtehude und Stade sind auch schnell zu erreichen.

Jederzeit wieder! Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Garten ist ein kleines Paradies, in dem man seine Seele baumeln lassen kann. Sehr gut, dass Fahrräder kostenlos bereitgestellt werden.

Eine süße und saubere kleine Unterkunft mit Charme. Die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer ist ein bisschen Abenteuerlich aber für junge Leute kein Problem und einfach eine Sache der Gewöhnung 😊 Wie kommen gerne wieder.

Super schön, wenn das Wetter mitgespielt hätte. Ich war jetzt schon 4 mal dort. Dieses mal war der Abfluss im Bad verstopft. Vermieter angeschrieben, innerhalb von 10 min war alles repariert. Das kenne ich sonst von keinem. Immer wieder gerne hin zum Urlaub machen

Liebevoll eingerichtete, kleine Wohnung, zwei Minuten zu Fuß am Elbdeich..Schade nur das der Elberadweg an vielen Stellen über Landstraßen geführt wird und die benutzungspflichtigen Radwege auf gepflasterten Gehwegen sich befinden. Die Apfelplantagen sind beeindruckend

Eine Woche im Alten Land die

Die Fewo lag sehr günstig am Elbe Deich, allerdings in der 2. Reihe, so dass es sehr ruhig war. Die wohnung war sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und es war alles da, was man so braucht. Da das Schlafzimmer nur über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen war, war es für uns (76 und 80 Jahre) nicht optimal.

Die Lage, die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung waren perfekt!... Es wäre gut, wenn in der Objekt -Beschreibung die recht steile und schmale Treppe zum Schlafzimmer erwähnt wird... Für uns war das kein Problem, aber für alte und geh-beeinträchtigte Personen ist die Treppe eine Herausforderung.... F

Küche sehr klein, kochen fast nicht möglich, teilweise fehlt Geschirr, z.b.salatschüssel, service nicht mehr vollständig. Gefährliche und sehr steile treppe vom bzw.zum schlafzimmer. Körperlich eingeschränkte tun sich hier sehr schwer

Abenteuer Treppe

Die Wohnung ist modern und komplett eingerichtet. Ein kleiner Sessel im Wohnzimmer wäre schön gewesen. Das Schlafzimmer konnten wir nicht nutzen, weil die Treppe zu schmal und steil für meinen Mann war. Wer dazu noch nachts zur Toilette muss und die Toilette im Erdgeschoss ist, ist der Weg über die Treppe abenteuerlich. Also schliefen wir im Wohnzimmer. Sonst waren die Tage entspannt und erholsam.

Zwei gravierende Nachteile - habe ich im Angebot nicht erkannt

Es ist eine sehr saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, ABER: Die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer geht gar nicht in der Vermietung. Wenn dort einer runterfällt, hat der Vermieter ein richtiges Problem. Noch dazu, dass auf der oberen Etage kein WC ist. Und das Geländer sehr wacklig ist. Allein die Koffer hochzubringen, ist ein Abendteuer. Ich will gar nicht daran denken, wenn dort eine Mutter mit ihrem Säugling auf dem Arm abstürzt. Und das Parken in der Parkbucht der Hauptstraße ist das zweite negative Merkmal der Wohnung. Mit dem Gepäck über die Straße ohne Zerastreifen und ca. 30 m Fußweg zur Haustür geht nur mit viel Aufwand. So stelle ich mir eine gute Ferienwohnung nicht vor. Nun der Preis hätte mich nachdenklich machen sollen. Nie wieder diese Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Schade. Als Rentner mit 84 Jahren und 67 Jahren, noch fit, hat es uns sehr geärgert.

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Lage ist optimal für Spaziergänge an der Elbe (Haus liegt direkt am Deich) und ausgedehnte Radtouren durch die Obstfelder. In dem sauberen Haus ist alles nötige vorhanden. Nur der Eingang zur kleinen Küche ist mit ca. 1,60m sehr niedrig. Sie entspricht eher einer Kombüse auf dem Schiff, doch bei dem Namen des Hauses "Zwischendeck" passt das natürlich. Ein Sessel im Wohnzimmer hätte uns auch gefallen. Aber wir haben uns dort trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt (bis auf die Blessuren am Kücheneingang).
