Stunning community in the mountains. Condo was clean and well maintained. Plenty of space for two of us and our dog. The owner did a nice job setting up the space to be dog friendly. We’ll be back again

Great long weekend in Joseph

The property is in a great location at the edge of town and the beginning of the bike path to the lake. The condo was clean and well appointed, the management was a breeze to communicate with and we even had the cutest deer neighbors outside our window every morning:) Would stay again!

Love this property! Its walking distance to town and the Wallowa Lake ! Dog friendly and the owners were easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great condo in Joseph

We had a great stay in Joseph. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. The location was very convenient for biking/walking into town or driving to the lake. Todd checked up on us to make sure all was well and if there was anything that we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and convenient to downtown, this 2 bedroom apartment provided a great place for the two of us and our standard poodle to stretch out and relax in Joseph’s small town charm.

Very clean and comfortable! It was just what we needed! We appreciated that the sidewalks were shoveled after the snow came through. The owners were kind and quick to respond when we had a few questions. We will be renting from them again and would recommend this property to our friends and family.

Joseph OR WOW!

Fantastic condo perfect for us and dog friendly, too!! Perfectly located just outside of the main drag and just before the lake. Todd even left us some of his family’s farm fresh eggs in the fridge. Todd checked on us often and their digital rental booklet was most helpful. 5 stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It took a bit to realize we had to go to the side of the building (duh)! The facility was neat, clean, well-stocked etc. The owner seemed very amenable and pleasant. We were very comfortable, and it was close to town. We could also do some exploring from there with the Wallowa park and lake. I highly recommend this place. It was also easy to contact the owner when needed. We stupidly opened the bathroom door when there was a big amount of steam coming off the shower! It set the fire alarm off...but we knew what to do since this happens at a friend's house. (Shutting the door and lots of vigorous towel waving!) There also was a power outage which seems to be very common in Joseph these days per the store owners. It was short-lived though and we could update the clocks etc.

Cool, comfortable and cozy

My husband and I were checking Joseph out for the first time and were fortunate enough to be able to stay in the Moccasin Lake suite at the Lakes Basin Village. It was quick and easy communication with Todd. He answered all of my questions beforehand and was always available by text. The suite was a large two bedroom with one bathroom, a full kitchen and living room. The beds were comfortable with very firm mattresses. We took our dog so it was nice to have an extra bedroom to put his crate in. The kitchen had everything we needed for a four day stay including coffee, creamer and instant oatmeal. A lot of spices and sharp knives were very much appreciated! Todd even brought over fresh eggs from his chickens. Great service! The living room sectional was so comfortable. We were able to just chill and watch tv with our Netflix account after a couple of active days. It was so nice. :) Our dog was also spoiled with dog treats and a new ball. They have a dog bed and dishes to use so you don't have to bring everything. We always have his crate but it was nice that he had a place to chill in the living room. The location is perfect. It was out of town so it was quiet but still close enough to walk. There is a walking path to a state park just up the hill and the lake is just a short drive away. We would absolutely stay here again. It was an awesome little get away!

This was a great find. Owners are local, and outstanding communicators. Condo was very clean and well stocked. Loved being so close to great hiking and didn't even need to drive to trailhead leading to a marvelous hike. We also really appreciated having an electric car charger on site. Also walkable to downtown Joseph. Would definitely stay again!
