不满意：清洁度
Dirty, smelly needs some much needed updating and new furniture
At first glance it looked clean. There was black mold growing in the bathroom down stairs, not just a little there was a lot! In one of the bedrooms upstairs the king bed sheets were covered in black dog and my daughter pulled a pair of someone else’s dirty underwear out of one of the trundle beds? Makes me wonder if the sheets were even changed! GROSS! It also smelled like animal urine! The entire house smelled old and musty and like animal urine( we did not bring any animals)! The bedroom next to the front door had so much dust under the bed that my son whom has allergies couldn’t sleep in the room! All of the beds were very uncomfortable, like sleeping on the floor one even slanted forward felt like you were going to slip out the bottom and fall to the floor! The plumbing in almost every bathroom was backwards( hot was cold-cold was hot) my special needs son almost burnt his hand trying to wash them more than once!The electrical outlets in the back of the cabin have not been updated and are not compatible with a sleep apnea machine. That’s frustrating! The front deck has some nails protruding up and caused some pretty close calls over the weekend!It is pretty upsetting to spend so much money for a rental that is in desperate need of some much needed attention for obvious safety concerns! Thank goodness no one was severely harmed during our stay! Needless to say we love wallowa lake but unfortunately we will not be rebooking a stay at your property in the future
