Awesome, beautiful, and well accommodated place just outside JTNP!

Had a great 4 nights here driving in from San Diego! The property itself is in a gorgeous location overlooking the northern portion of Joshua Tree National Park and Joshua Tree Village. Minutes from the northern entrance and the town. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals, a/c kept it cool during the warm days. Would definitely stay here again if we came back with friends!

Beautiful home, great location

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Lovely home, great location. Large yard with wildlife and beautiful views of the mountains, national park, and town of Joshua Tree. The dirt road to the home is VERY rugged and requires a high clearance all wheel drive vehicle! Follow the directions given by the rental agency- do NOT believe Google maps directions!

Peaceful, quiet, and comforable

The house is beautifully decorated, and very comfortable with everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable, great showers, felt like home. Except home doesn't have the views! Every window offers a beautiful view that I couldn't stop staring at. The pictures of the house are great but they don't do it justice.

Great location close to Joshua Tree National Park

This is perhaps the best equipped short rental we have ever had. Things like a blender and yoga mats were included. The kitchen, which appeared to be newly remodeled, had all things you would need to do some serious cooking, and the entire house was spotlessly clean. The house photographs a bit better than it actually is...it is a bit rough around the edges, but that is also Joshua Tree's "style". Great in every other way. Check in and out were easy, easy, easy. You also should be aware that the house is on a rather long, fairly rutted dirt road. SUV recommended.

QUIET , CLEAN, AND CLOSE TO JTNP

We loved this home. The layout is beautiful, clean and spacious. Well stocked, exactly as listed. It was so quiet!!! In the mornings and the evenings, we really enjoyed the sun rise and sunset. 6 miles to the park entrance was perfect.I would recommend this house if you are thinking of spending time at Joshua Tree!

Beautiful & peaceful stay for our Joshua Tree visit

Everything about this house was perfect. We stayed for 3 nights with friends - traveling from different parts of the country. The house is spacious and very comfortable. The beds were soft and we all slept so well. The fire pit was amazing at night. And we loved the extras - the hammock, coffee in the kitchen, a full sized laundry room, and the games. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Views of a lifetime

This house is in a great location, and the views are incredible. Though the house is on the older side, the landscaping and updates that have been done to the house all made it very beautiful and comfortable. We loved all of the windows throughout the house – gorgeous views no matter where you are. The owner was clearly thoughtful about stocking the place, particularly the kitchen – we had everything we needed, including the essentials (coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and a variety of seasonings) and all the pots and pans to cook any meal. The propane grill on the back patio was a bonus! We enjoyed building a fire in the fitpit to stay warm while watching the sunrise (make sure you pick up some firewood at a nearby store like Sam's Market). Access to JTNP was as easy at it gets!
