Starry Night in Joshua Tree

We had a fantastic stay. Everything at Sukha Life Hideaway was as advertised. It was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. One of my bucket list items was to go star gazing in Joshua Tree and being able to do this from the backyard of the property was such a bonus.I highly recommend this property for anyone, single or a couple, who is looking for a tranquil place to escape, or “Hideaway”. We will be back.

Magical stay

Incredible property! Very private with endless views. Loved the decore and little details through our. Amazing fire pit, outdoor hot tub and grill. Would definitely book again!

Earth day sanctuary

We visited Joshua Tree park during Earth Day weekend and had a wonderful, peaceful experience staying at this rental. Clean, relaxing, and an amazing desert outdoor space with a fire pit, hot tub and beautiful cactus garden. We look forward to visiting again!

Joshua Tree

We were able to enjoy about 1.5 days of our trip but due to high winds and weather issues decided to leave early. Our house was close to the national park and downtown area.

Sunrise lovers paradise!

Very very happy with our stay! The check in process was seamless and comfortable, the house was beyond adorable and felt very luxurious. But the real winner was the sunrise every morning. The view from the living room/kitchen is UNREAL. You can watch it from the comfort of the house, the hot tub, or the fire pit area outside. This place was a dream to stay in, we will definitely be back next time we visit Joshua tree!

Beautiful yard and views

Convenient location (although we were surprised we had to drive on unpaved road to get to it) The home was lovely and the yard with hot tub and fire-it absolutely beautiful. The only thing that took away from our positive experience is the overwhelming smell from what we assume was cooking from the previous guests. The response time to my call was so fast and thoughtful to try to resolve the problem. We would stay here again.

Fiancés 40th birthday trip

The house and the property were very nice however upon arrival on Friday (my fiancés birthday) we realized that the propane was empty and there was an extra propane on the property which was also empty. We were looking forward to being able to BBQ and cook at the house so this was a big dilemma. The other aspect we were looking forward to and also why we booked was for the hot tub however it was filthy and covered in a brown foamy sludge. Once we arrived and checked over everything we contacted the owner, she communicated to us that she would have someone there next day to refill propane & clean the hot tub, but we never heard a word back from her until I again reached out the day of our departure. I have photos & video of the hot tub and by the time we heard back it was to just run the filter/jet system to clean the hot tub, by that time there was no way we were getting in there. All in all 2 out of 5 star stay, the only upside was the cleanliness of the house & yard.

The place was great!

Listing site said pet friendly, but the leasing agreement said no pets allowed. Had to double check to make sure bringing my pet was not an issue. The dirt road getting to the house was extremely bumpy but thankfully wasn’t too far. One ply toilet paper isn’t ideal however the place is probably on a septic tank which may explain why. Overall was a great stay, hot tub was great!

Amazing getaway near Joshua Tree

We had a very nice experience during our 3 day stay at this property. The place was very quiet, and the scenery from the backyard was breathtaking. The interior decorations were also very elegant and aesthetically pleasing. We also enjoyed the hot-tub and bbq equipment in the yard. Overall it was a great stay!
