Loved staying at this place for spring break. The unit is clean and nice with an absolutely gorgeous view. Close to town and docks along with swimming beach. Would absolutely stay there again.

The View was amazing the Hosts were great at making us feel at home. The location between Great harbor and White bay was awesome. We could see our boat from the house which was also great. We would love to come back in the future.

Awesome time in December 2022 with family, Karen and Nigel are the best !! They helped us out with airport transfers, water taxis, food provisioning and anything else we needed. Place is immaculate and views are incredible. Strongly recommend, hope to be back next year !!

Fantastic property!! It’s a piece of Heaven on Earth. The views can’t be beat. The villa was nice, clean, and comfortable. It was easy access to the places we wanted to go. Nigel and Karen were wonderful host and helped us with anything needed. Recommend this place 💯. We will be back!

Great stay

We stayed in one of the one bedrooms which was more than enough space for both of us. Also were able to rent one of the jeeps for a day. The villa had an AMAZING view, was updated and extremely comfortable. Nigel and Karen were very welcoming and helped answer my numerous questions and helped with a bit of miscommunication with a taxi. Extremely patient and helpful! Highly recommend and will stay again on our next trip!

Amazing Stay

Recently returned from a fabulous stay. Nigel and Karen are fantastic hosts. The property was in a great location overlooking Great Harbour. Was a short trip to Soggy Dollar, or the Harbor. The Balcony area was our favorite to relax after a day on the beach. The Villa was pristine, well appointed, spacious bedrooms, and lots of little touches--to make our stay perfect. We did not want to leave and will definitely return, Thanks again Karen and Nigel.

Beautiful view!

The view of Great Harbour is stunning! And the breeze was wonderful. The apartment is very nice. It is comfortable and was very clean. Nigel and Karen are so sweet and were great hosts! They live downstairs so they were around if we had any questions or needed anything. They are super friendly but not intrusive at all. We will return!

We went from camping at Ivan's for the past two years to staying at this absolutely beautiful home and now are forever spoiled. Gorgeous view of Great Harbor but two days is too short. For the next visit we will remember to pack better walking shoes and order groceries a head of time. Definitely worth a stay!

Nestled between White Bay and Great Harbour, the location is hard to top. Walking down from (and back up from) GH is possible; but would definitely recommend a taxi if departing from White Bay. The apartment is one of a handful within Ocean View Villas, was appropriately furnished and the views are incredible! Admittedly we didn’t spend much time on the property but Karen was always available if we needed anything. Communication from the hosts is top notch and they even accommodated an early check in and assisted with us getting back to the ferry upon our departure. Would definitely return and recommend this stay!

Love Everything About This Vacation Home!

Nigel and Karen were most gracious in entertaining all my emails as I was nervous about renting. WOW! The house is awesome, we rented the 2-bed 2-bath with friends. This was so great, we are renting the 4 bedrooms in October. What a wonderful location. Excited to share this with my family. The hurricane has not stopped the gracious people of this island. Support the BVI! You are close to everything, Foxys, Sidney's Peace and Love, Hendo's, Foxy's, the list continues. Beautiful water! Love this island!

I don’t think you could find a better view on Jost! We loved everything about it. The views of White Bay & Great Harbor are breathtaking. Owners Nigil & Karen are the best Host!! We met so many other Island lovers & made so many friends! We loved waking up to boat watching while sipping coffee and watching the sun peak up over the mountain. The sunset from the 360 degree porch was equally as breathtaking. We felt we were living the life of a Kenny Chesney song. Visit Soggy Dollar for the day, lobster/steak dinner at Hendo’s and nights at Foxy’s dancing were highlights! The villa was even more amazing that the description and our expectations. We can’t wait to go back, even started planning before we even made it all the way back home. Thanks for the great hospitality Nigil & Karen!

Ocean View Villas is the best of the best!

Karen and Nigel were so great and accommodating. We rented all 3 units and they were spacious and sparkling clean. The view from OVV can't be beat - from the front you can see Great Harbour, and from the side/back area you can see White Bay. We did rent a vehicle, and it's just a few minutes drive to either location, but it would be possible to walk to either. The units are very well equipped - plenty of kitchen supplies and even a cooler - even laundry facilities next door. No ice maker, you can purchase ice in town. I hope we have the ability to spend another Christmas on JvD, it was absolutely magical. Our (adult) kids that hadn't been to Jost before said that Ocean View Villas and the island extremely exceeded their expectations. Karen always answered my many questions promptly before the trip and she and Nigel were easy to get in touch with on-site.

Best rental on Jost

First, Karen and Nigel are such great people. They take such good care of this property and are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. I have been now been to OVV on Jost a couple of times and just like before, this place is the best. It's spotless upon arrival. TV, stereo, massive kitchen and it gets the best ocean breezes. The view is unbeatable. It overlooks Great Harbor. I spend hours sitting on the patio enjoying the view. You are minutes from White Bay, minutes from Foxy's. The people of this island are awesome and if you've never been, GO! Stay here and you won't be disappointed. One of the cleanest places I have ever rented, massive master bedroom, walk in shower, everything you might need. AC in the bedroom works well too. Rest of the house gets plenty of ocean breeze to keep plenty cool. You won't regret renting here and I will be back sooner than later!

Great Stay

We loved our time at Ocean View Villa. Karen and Nigel are wonderful people and easy to work with. The house is better than described. Jost is a fun little island full of friendly, caring people. I would definitely spend another week there. Although a car isn’t absolutely required, as we walked down and back up many times, I would rent the Howell’s vehicle next time.

Beautiful apartment with an exceptional view

While only staying one night, we definitely could easily have spent much more time. The apartment is super spacious and comfortable. Very clean and all the amenities you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. The owners are very welcoming and were flexible with our arrival and departure times. Highly recommended!
