Insgesamt sauber, gutes Haus. Der Garten war nicht gut gepflegt. Das Schwimmbad war ziemlich kalt. Die Spülmaschine war nach 2 Tagen kaputt und wurde während des Aufenthalts nicht repariert/ersetzt.

Schön gelegenes Haus mit super viel Platz. Zimmer und Bäder/WC sind sehrgut. Der Pool ist Super. Es gibt ausreichend Liegen und Schirme. Das Material hatte schon etwas gelitten. Die Küchenausstattung ist optimal. Aussreichend Gläser/Teller/Geschirr und sogar einen Backofen. Etwas schade ist dass der Weg von der Küche zum Tisch draußen etwas umständlich ist (Architekt). Es gibt auch eine mini Steroanlage für die Handys. Die Aussicht und Lage ist sehrschön. Im Ort gibt es alles was man braucht. Und die Kontaktperson vor Ort von Belvilla ist super

Wat een geweldig huis op een prachtige plek! Heerlijk ontspannen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wel zelf een ventilator gekocht, want een airco is er niet. Was met warm weer wel fijn geweest, maar het zwembad zorgde voor de nodige verkoeling 😄

De woning is niet makkelijk te vinden met gewone gps, 'Waze' wist de weg wel. Mss bordjes plaatsen ? Het onthaal was erg vriendelijk, de woning was erg netjes. De woning klopte ook met de beelden op internet. Fijn dat er voldoende paraplu's zijn met het warme weer, schaduw is een fijne luxe. Het zwembad werd goed onderhouden.( dame kwam twee keer langs) Minpuntje: Er zat wel zeer veel chloor in het zwembad , alle zwemkledij is verkleud na weekje zwembad ... De frigo heeft bij erg warm weer moeite om voldoende te koelen.

Aankomst niet echt geregeld, zelf moeten bellen naar de verantwoordelijke Accommodatie was goed maar eerder afgelegen doordat de villa in de bergen gelegen is (op 2km van Joyeuse maar serieus stijgen en dalen bovendien is er in Joyeuse niet echt veel te beleven).

We hebben nu al voor de 5e keer een vakantie woning geboekt via Topic travel en ...

We hebben nu al voor de 5e keer een vakantie woning geboekt via Topic travel en meestal zijn we zeer tevreden. Deze woning is een ander verhaal. Dit was ver boven al onze verwachtingen. Het huis was echt prachtig (zowel van buiten als van binnen) en had een geweldig uitzicht over de vallei en Joyeuse. Het zwembad is erg fijn. Ruim huis. Een grote open keuken . De boxspring bedden zijn koninklijk lekker. Centraal gelegen,zodat je niet ver hoeft te rijden voor mooie uitstapjes. (Woensdag ochtend de markt in Joyeuse, prachtig LaBeaume, Pont d'arc,etc..) Alles is gewoon zeer goed voor elkaar in deze woning. We komen er heel graag nog een keer terug. Nu nog even 1 tip voor de route beschrijving ,want het huis staat niet op iedere navigatie. In Joyeuse neem je (na de bakker) de afslag Sablieres naar beneden.(d203) Die volg je (over een brug) helemaal tot je bij een kruising in een scherpe bocht komt. Herkenningspunten (spiegel,veel (verkeers)borden. Je gaat dan links af naar boven.(klein wit bordje Salymes), Dan is het de 2e weg rechts.(flinke bocht bij 3hoeks voorrangsweg verkeersbord). Dan eerste links naar boven ,en je bent er.

De routebeschrijving kan duidelijker, google maps kent het opgegeven adres niet. De accommodatie was super! De villa was zo goed als nieuw, moderne inrichting met leuke oude details, van alle gemakken voorzien en de ligging was prima. De omgeving is schitterend. We komen hier graag nog eens terug!
