「I stayed at this villa to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing so welcoming, attentive, and kind. I will definitely be booking again. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. 「You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. 「I stayed for 2 weeks to learn how to kiteboard. I had lessons at South Padre Island but things were not progressing very well. Markus an Simon helped me the entire 2 weeks. By the last 2 days I went to beach on my own, rigged and kited both days for 3 hours each. The place was great and I will go again maybe for a month next time. 」

「The apt was great, nice size great view, end unit tons of light, nice size balcony. Right one of the pools and hot tub Had everything you need. Dishwasher and washer dryer were a bonus. This place is far from the Grace Bay, however, you can walk to the Shore Club if you like to walk in the sun. You definitely need to rent a car if you decide to stay there. The room is very small. If you love kiteboarding l definitely recommend you to stay there because that is their passion.」
