“I booked 3 rooms and 1 room is pretty small so I upgraded one. The door knobs are so hard to open, these are important to the tourists. There’s cockroaches in one room. The piano needs to be tuned up. The food selections are not that long but half of the list is not available especially the local food selections. These should be fully stocked than the international food. ”

“I’ve never experienced a better staff than these wonderful people at the Altamar, my girlfriend and I had such a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful scenery, beach, pool and food! The staff surprised us on numerous occasions with a romantic dinner table and breakfast table outside with candles and beanbags! This was my first trip to the Philippines and I’ve never in my life received the wonderful treatment of the staff, thank you for everything! This is the #1 place to stay!! ”

“Our party of 12 enjoyed our stay at Villa Isabel. Location was convenient. Our rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The lobby was clean. The front desk and the hotel staff were very welcoming, attentive, friendly and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was good though we found service at their Chinese restaurant and ala carte at the Filipino restaurant to be slow. Otherwise overall service from hotel and staff during our 3-night stay was excellent. ”
