“Our stay at Appart Hotel Spa Perpignan was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS. Our room was spacious, clean and well-equipped, and even had an awesome large-screen projection TV with “idiot-proof” operating instructions (thanks for that y’all). The buildings and grounds were lovely and peaceful. Marina and Esteban were kind and gracious hosts, and made us feel right at home. “The property was fine for the price. The location is excellent, but you cannot take Uber there given it’s more of an alley location. But that ended up not being a big problem. Be careful though on check yet. The written communication is a bit vague. If you get there from 3 PM to 8 PM there is a guard that lets you in with no problem. Outside of those hours make sure to contact them. Written instructions imply that you need to contact them no matter what. We found that that is not the case. And……

The bathroom lights were not working properly, and we were given only one towel for two people for two days. We had to repeatedly ask for more towels. The staff was rude and unprofessional throughout our stay. We had prepaid for breakfast, and when we arrived exactly at closing time (10:30), the employee showed us her phone displaying 10:31 after……

“Voor deze prijs was het redelijk. Gekozen voor prive douche en toilet. Kleine kamer, zeer klein bureau, tafel, geen ruimte voor bagage. Bed was groot genoeg, geen hor bij het raam, een paar schimmelplekken in de douche.”

“I booked the hotel because I had an early morning flight. It offered a complimentary shuttle to the airport. The hotel is quite new (2-3 months?) and the shuttle was not set up yet. So I had to use a taxi which was not cheap.”
