「Excellent hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. The rooms were spacious and the gym was possibly the best gym I've ever had in a hotel. The only comment I'd make to fellow travellers is that the provided shampoo, conditioner etc is all natural and doesn't have the usual lather and scent that you may be used to so you may want to bring your own. That said, very happy with my stay there and would recommend it to others. 」

The hotel is just a station away from Alexanderplatz, which is a noted shopping area as well as transportation hub in eastern Berlin. 」
「We have chosen this apartment hotel because of the facilities offered and we find that they are up to standard.
The apartment is spacious and clean. The only downside is that it is near the S-Bahn station and we can hear the noise of the trains at night.
The hotel location is excellent, only a short walk to Hackescher Markt station and 10 minutes walk to Alexanderplatz. There are many restaurants in the vicinity. 」
"It’s a crowd place with crowds flowing. Convenient to take public transportation but again, wouldn’t be nice and clean at the traffic center. There’s no warm water for showering. It’s either old or burning. The water temperature switches itself without anybody touching and it actually burned my skin. Shower cap was ripped. Well, I would say good location if you’re transferring; nice, kind and helpful staffs; but the hotel facilities are in shabby condition. "
