“This was my second time staying at this hotel. My first experience was fantastic, though I had a minor issue with water leaking from the bathroom in the room I stayed in previously. This time, Jessica, the front desk manager, reached out to me before my arrival to ensure my request for a fully elevator-accessible room—and one without any water leak issues—was taken care of. “We loved our stay - the room was really clean, quiet and cosy and the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel is located very close to all the popular attractions and it’s easy to get around with tube and tram stops close by. There are also some lovely coffee shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The only one thing I would say is that I found the bed a little uncomfortable, it was too hard for my liking, but that’s just personal preference. Thanks for a great……

“Kleines persönliches Hotel mit aufmerksamen dezentem Personal in direkter Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof. Nachts war es sehr ruhig, sodass wir hervorragend geschlafen haben.”

The staff is ready to help with anything and always with a smile. It’s clean, The breakfast was good, I enjoyed the hotel and it was close to the concert hall.”
