「Extremely clean rooms, very quiet, with polite staff...and the pool/spa area was relaxing and clean. Dogs allowed & very clean property/grounds...they have a nice breakfast & they do have snacks in the lobby...we will return again very soon. This is our second stay so far.」

「This is an older, smaller inn that is extremely clean, well-staffed, convenient for those staying in the Ramona area and a place I will stay again. It is not fancy but I had a good night there.」

「I have to say the manager was really nice and tried to help but for the reason that our reservation was canceled due to plumbing issues and not letting us know, unfortunately this contributes to a bad review. It’s unbelievable that they couldn’t fix the issue on time and let us with no place to go, everything was booked everywhere else due to a holiday weekend. We had to go get a room all the way to Downtown San Diego which was not in our plans.」

「The hotel was outdated and dirty. Sticky floors, stained bedding and multiple places smelled like urine. The staff did the best they could to help, but the whole place needs a major renovation. At least the staff was nice though.」

「This is my second time staying at this beautiful property. I love the Tranquility room, it is spacious, comfortable and on the first level, with direct access to the great deck overlooking their great views. We love that is pet friendly, their kitchen is very well stocked with them providing coffee, creamer, eggs and toast (for you to make, there is no staff at property) for guest use. My biggest and only complaint is the a/c unit, they have an old school window unit and sure wish they would...

「Very Great experience」

「First of all, their policy is no food or drinks allowed to be brought in. I stayed from Mon-Wed. Checked in Monday night and turned in. Tuesday tried to eat at the Rife restaurant. Reserved for special soccer party. Tried their steakhouse, only open wed-sun. Tried their Budda restaurant, only open wed-sun. Tried their double down Cafe, stood waiting for 22 minutes for a burger and fries, then requested a refund. When to the front desk to let them know what I thought of their no outside food...

「Disappointed with the lack of aesthetics at the pool and it was filthy. Lots of floating dead bees, mosquitos, and other insects. Also, the water spigot at our site was dispensing brown water. And our site had a sewer lid where you can smell the stench」

「Awesome place. Friendly staff. There wasn't allot of info on the actual room. Room was nice and clean. How ever it was a little small and we had to keep the bedroom doors open because there's only ac in the living room. Other than that it was a cool place. I would go back. They don't charge for parking, that's a big plus in SD.」
