L'appartement est situé devant une route très passante. Sans double vitrage😞.

Séjour très moyen dans l'appartement. Très bruyant du fait de la route et de l'absence d'isolation( fenêtre sans double vitrage). Pas d'aération dans la salle d'eau wc, la vmc ne fonctionnant pas.
