「This cute studio is PERFECT for a couple. One queen size bed. The layout is great. Location is ideal. There's shopping, food and entertainment in CLOSE proximity, but doesn't feel like you're in a congested business district. The host thought of everything - INCLUDING the high ceiling cabinets (we're short: 5'4 and 5'5) so there was even a folding step stool provided! The care was in the details. Would like to stay again. 「We were very happy with our stay at this cute little duplex that is just a couple of blocks from University of Oregon. The kitchen is small, but works great. There is no dining area or table. 「My brother and I stayed here just one night; the night before the Eugene Marathon. We didn’t really have a lot of time at the property as we were getting prepped for the run and left at 5:30 AM to get to the start line. The space was clean, tidy and well organized, and Ginnie, our host was welcoming, helpful, and generous. I would definitely stay again!」

「I booked this place for two top reasons; The fact it was out in the country with a river view And because it had a hot tub on the deck I was disheartened that the hot tub was not functioning. I reached out to the property owner( right next door) and she said she knew nothing about the hot tub, but her husband did.
