This property was surprisingly good. The owners were very helpful & friendly and I would highly recommend this property which is near Otter Creek Reservoir & Sevier R. Kingston Canyon, excellent fishing locations.

the stay was good being older style was ok but the older smell of the house was not that great bedding etc was clean , house needs a good cleaning and dusting trough out. liked the size of the rooms, allowed everyone to move around and not be cramped . only stayed 1 night so did'nt get to use outside much, if we did stay longer the outside could use some work grass trimming etc. it was nice and quiet area. kitchen area was the nicest area in the house.tv worked fine. might want to go to an ac and get rid of the swamper, kept thing cool but noisy to sleep to. for us the old smell was the only draw back we felt. we were all men staying there so we were ok dont think our wives would have liked it. did show some pictures to them ,later they said they were glad it was us.
For our needs, comfort, and location this house was perfect. The grocery store and gas station in Junction stocked well. We all enjoyed our host and his magnificent woodwork.
We had a blast exploring FishLake National Forest with this kid friendly home as a base. Junction is a lovely community with a well stocked General Store and a park for the kids.
My friends and I have been staying here 3 years straight for our ice fishing trips to the nearby lakes. For the value its much easier than making the trip from Cedar City every morning to catch the early bite.
The house was just what we need. It was clean. Everything worked. It was comfortable.

It was a fun older styled home! Located near some really cool features of Utah. The only issue was the house was cold! And it was a bit dirty and old.

The house was clean and the owners were friendly and responsive. My kids had fun figuring out the furniture puzzles around the house.
It’s definitely old and has the older home quirks and smells - reminded me of staying at my grandmas place. The wifi worked and the tv was nice. It was close enough to Bryce Canyon to be a good landing place for us and it was nice to have a kitchen to prepare our own food.
The property was as described and very homey and comfortable. It was well stocked for meal preparation, lots of family games, and TV viewing and movies from Netflix or other sources. The neighbor Gus was friendly. A nice place to relax and close to many attractions. I had some mechanical vehicle issues so I was not able to stay as long as I could have liked. The property owners were very helpful and great to work with. Thank you both for sharing your property and providing a nice place to stay and for the great communication before and after my stay. It is a beautiful part of the country.
There is only one thing that this house needs to make it a great stay, and that is a good clean of everything. Everything.
Bedding, sheets and towels are fine. Carpets OK. However, absolutely everything else needs a really good scrub. Some appliances are so dirty you actually can't use them. You can hardly see through the windows. The bathrooms need a good scrub.
Please note that I could never be described as a clean freak, so for me to comment, it has to be bad. We were all very surprised at the various dirty things we kept encountering.
It's a real shame, as otherwise the house is fabulous, with comfy beds and plenty of space.
Junction is a beautiful quite town - we loved walking around the streets and enjoying. The house was plenty big for our needs and very easy to find. Loved it!
I was very disappointed in the house in Junction Utah. At the last minute The owner called and moved us to another house. I believe whoever had it extended their stay. The house we originally rented had 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and a washer and dryer. The substitute had 2 baths and slept 10. The driveway was full of nails and metal objects which we continually picked up to keep from getting flat tires. The kitchen was clean. The shower curtains were coated in soap scum. You couldn't turn the water in the shower it took 2 people because it was separating from the shower wall and stiff. The toilet leaked in front the cover on the back of the toilet was painted wood. The shower head fell off on two different people. What if it had been the children. No night stands. Shower rod in one bathroom hung upside down and water went every where. Broken glass in front window which my granddaughter almost put her hand through.Plants overgrown on sidewalk and step not attached which someone had to stand on each side to keep it from flipping with me and the cane.uneven floor in bedroom covered with carpet and furniture worn and covered with comforters. Very disappointing. Will not recomend.
We were looking to get the family out of Henderson Nevada and into some snow for New Years. The house was perfect for put family of 6 and could have fit more. We spent a day in Eagle Point. An excellent ski resort far less popular than Bryan Head. We spent another day exploring Bryce Canyon. We found a great spot for the kids to sled on mini-Bryce Canyon and it was great!
We will definitely be back. The owner Andy was an excellent host and answered any questions we had. Great trip! Makes me want to buy a home nearby!
